Service Description

Women and girls have been held hostage by societies governed by a veneration of masculinity, in which they can only demonstrate their value as caretakers, masters of invisible work, or professionals who adopt a masculine appearance and attitude in order to thrive. This begins in childhood, where they are expected to be nice to others, obedient, and not to impose their opinions, even when their authenticity as human beings depends on it. It is time to decolonize this narrative through stories and poems that deconstruct this systemic issue that affects us all.
